My passion for yoga began years ago when recovering from an illness. I always kept active, but was used to mainly high intensity workouts and after being advised to start yoga, decided to give it a go. As a stressed out, tight muscled 20 year old, I was initially reluctant, but after one session at-home via my Mum’s DVD, I was HOOKED. That’s all it took!
Feeling a yearning to be involved in creating an environment where others could go to explore and experience yoga in a way similar to how it touched me and changed my life, I began my teacher training journey at Calm Yoga Studio. I’ve always had a creative spark that needed to be ignited and found teaching yoga to be my ignition.
I created ‘Find Your Flow’ to invite and encourage people from any city, background, shape, size, gender, age etc to discover how all aspects of yoga (not only the more commonly acknowledged asana practice, but the day-to-day aspects of ‘living yoga’ too) may help and guide them in our always on-the-go modern day lives.
Sharing my own love and passion for yoga with everyone who comes to my classes in person or online is a key element of all of my practices. The styles I teach range from dynamic flow classes, to restorative meditation classes to beginners classes amongst others, each offering support, guidance and space to be yourself and enjoy your practice in your own way.
