These only run if you accept them via the cookie banner — until then, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for findyourflow.yoga and reloading the page.

Your data

If you contact us through the site or sign up to our newsletter, we use the details you provide only to respond to you or send the newsletter you asked for. We don’t sell or share your details with third parties beyond the services (such as email or newsletter providers) needed to do that.

Marketing emails

If you sign up to our newsletter, we ask for your name and email and an explicit opt-in so we can send you class updates, offers and yoga inspiration. We only email you because you asked us to (your consent is the lawful basis). Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time — we’ll stop straight away.

Who we use to send it

We use Omnisend to manage our mailing list and send these emails; your name and email are stored there for that purpose. We use Resend to deliver contact-form emails. We don’t sell your data or use it for anything beyond what you contacted us about.

How long we keep your data

We keep newsletter details until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Contact-form enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with your query.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent, at any time — just email us. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
