Experience a complete, 360-degree education that honours rich yoga traditions while prioritising modern biomechanical safety. We seamlessly weave classical philosophy and traditional breathwork together with functional movement, nervous system regulation and inclusive adaptations. You will understand the why behind every posture and learn how to adapt practices for real people with real lives.

Is This Course Right for You?

You don't need to be able to touch your toes or stand on your head to take this course. All you need is curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to learn. This course is designed for:

  • Dedicated Practitioners: Anyone ready to move beyond the physical poses and explore subtle energy, philosophy, and breathwork.
  • Aspiring Teachers: Those who want to build a solid foundation to teach safe, inspiring and accessible classes.
  • Movement Enthusiasts: Anyone looking to understand the mechanics of the body, injury prevention, and neural wellbeing.

Personalised Support Built Around You

We recognise that every trainee arrives with unique goals, distinct body mechanics and an individual background. Rather than forcing you into a rigid, one-size-fits-all mould, we take a deeply personal approach to your development. We work closely with you to find your authentic teaching voice, overcome personal hurdles and embrace your unique strengths as a movement facilitator.

Small Cohorts

While many courses pack dozens of trainees into a crowded room, we intentionally keep our intakes small. This guarantees you will never get lost in the back row. You will receive direct, tailored feedback and support throughout, within a nurturing, intimate environment where your voice is always heard and your personal growth is prioritised.

Graduate Ready to Actually Teach

The biggest fear for prospective trainees is finishing a course and still feeling unprepared to lead a room. We build your practical confidence from day one through progressive practice teaching, clear cueing and supportive guidance. You will finish this experience feeling thoroughly competent, relaxed and fully equipped to guide real students safely and authentically.

How We Support You to Graduation

We guide you step-by-step to ensure you feel thoroughly prepared and supported throughout your training. Upon completion, you will be eligible to register as an RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance US. This requires:

  • Full Attendance: Interactive, hands-on learning across all modules.
  • Coursework: A 2,000-word philosophy essay, an online anatomy quiz, and 4 hours of Class Observations.
  • Teaching Practice: A 60 minute practical exam where you teach an all-levels flow style class.

(P.S. this is my own 200 hour celebration back in 2019!)
